Terms and Conditions – h77 Online Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or otherwise using the h77 platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with h77 under these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete registration. If you are accessing h77 on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

h77 operates as an online gaming and entertainment platform. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, and all gaming activities are purely for entertainment purposes. Participation is entirely voluntary.

2. Eligibility

To register and use h77, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. h77 does not permit any individual under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether placed through h77 or any other gaming platform.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on h77. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3. Accounts and Registration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. h77 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify h77 support immediately.

Account credentials must not be shared with any other person. Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by a third party who gained access through your credentials — is your responsibility. h77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to secure their login details.

4. Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on h77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits can be made via the following channels:

The minimum deposit is PKR 200. Deposits are credited to your h77 account balance promptly upon receipt and verification. h77 does not accept deposits from credit facilities, borrowed funds, or third-party accounts not belonging to the registered player.

h77 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. By depositing, you confirm that the funds belong to you and have been obtained lawfully. h77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation if a deposit pattern raises concern.

h77 will not process deposits from players who are believed to be under 18. If a deposit is accepted and it is subsequently established that the player is underage, the deposit will be returned and any winnings accumulated will be voided.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed through the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit where possible. h77 aims to review and dispatch withdrawal requests promptly, with most requests handled within the same business day. Actual transfer times depend on the processing speed of the relevant payment provider.

• h77 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled or reversed once they have been dispatched by h77.
• h77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal is approved.
• Dormant accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in the account maintenance policy.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

h77 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all h77 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• h77 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn, bonuses already credited and actively being wagered will remain valid under the original terms.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting a technical error — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension.

7. Betting and Game Rules

h77 offers Sports Betting across Cricket, Football, Esports, and other markets. Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games, and Bingo are also available. Each game category operates under its own set of rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

For Sports Betting specifically:

• All bets are final once confirmed. h77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, h77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the incorrect odds.
• PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral Cricket series, and Football markets settle according to official results from the relevant governing body. Any result change after settlement due to a governing body's decision will not be reflected in h77's settlement unless h77 determines otherwise at its discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. Network interruptions on the player's side do not constitute grounds for a void or refund of an in-play bet that was accepted.
• h77 reserves the right to restrict bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts at any time.

For Casino, Slots, and Fish Games, all outcomes are generated by a certified random number generator (RNG). h77 does not manipulate outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) figures for Slots are published by the respective game providers and are long-term statistical averages, not guarantees of return for any individual session.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit any game mechanic.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing h77 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to h77 systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple identities or devices to claim promotions more than once.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

h77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Common reasons include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Abusive behaviour toward h77 staff or other users.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations that require h77 to restrict access.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, legitimate funds deposited by the player and not involved in the conduct under review will typically be returned after investigation concludes and identity is confirmed. h77 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed promptly. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following a final identity check.

11. Limitation of Liability

h77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or technical failures may occasionally affect service availability. h77 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h77 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, or opportunity resulting from platform unavailability or technical faults.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of h77, even if h77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses resulting from the player's reliance on any third-party tips, predictions, or analysis.

Nothing in this clause limits h77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

h77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, h77 may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using h77 and contact support to close your account.
